Nasdaq Trend following EA

MOJA is an EA that has been developed initially and mainly for trading CFD’s of the Nasdaq 100 index. 

Leverage of the instrument is preferably 100:1 or higher.  The CFD should allow a minimum lot size of 0.1

For a smooth working of the EA, make sure the history of candles in the platform allows an number of historical candles bigger than 1000. 

The main important aspect of the EA is that it works with fixed TP’s and fixed SL’s. 

It is a trend following system without martingale.  

Slippage is of less importance since the EA works based on M15 candles.  There is no need for high-speed co-located VPS to run the EA.

There are on average 7 to 8 market entries per month.  This means your first trade can take some days before entering.   Based on the strength of the trend, the system enters either with 3 (strong trend) or with 5 orders (weaker trend with TP’s closer).  Each entry has a different lot size and has its own TP/SL settings.

When profit of open orders is big enough, it moves SL above the entry price and locks the minimum profit.  When the profit keeps rising, or it hits TP or it starts to trail, depending on the strength of the trend. 

The drawdown is based on the maximum loss set per trade (equity drawdown) and the maximum consecutive losses (balance drawdown).  Due to the nature of the logic, it is recommended to leave the EA running for a minimum of 3 months prior to evaluation of the results.

The system can use an automated money management that defines the lot size based on the available equity, which also means that the lot size grows with a growing equity to achieve a predefined risk reward ratio.  When selecting base fixed lot, this is an initial value which makes sure lot sizes remain stable during the continuous working.  For test purposes, best is to start with 0.1 since some multipliers for the (3-5) positions will open a multiple of this base.

The EA is developed using AI, which means that the logic of the EA will adapt to changing market circumstances every 6 months, hence we expect to come with an update also in that range of time.  The EA is very effective over the last 3 years.  Back testing longer periods make no sense since the logic is updated and will update every six months.  The current logic is based on the data of 2020 to 2021 and it is forward tested for 1 year.

The list of customizable parameters – settings is limited since the optimal internal settings have been tested and defined by us already.  This to avoid people trying to optimize to fit the data which mostly results in deviation in real market circumstances.

The current version is MT5 only whilst an MT4 version is being developed.

The EA is available for rental only.  Minimum recommended start capital = 2500$.
