Traditional MACD MT4

El indicador MACD en MetaTrader 4/5 se diferencia de los semejantes indicadores en otros programas. Eso se debe al hecho de que en la versión MetaTrader 4/5 la línea MACD se muestra en forma del histograma, mientras que habitualmente se muestra en forma de la línea. Además, en la versión MetaTrader 4/5 la línea de señal se construye con el uso de SMA, mientras que por definición tiene que construirse usando EMA. En la versión MetaTrader 4/5 también se diferencia el histograma (la diferencia entre la línea MACD y la línea de señal). Eso puede ser inhabitual para los principiante que usan MetaTrader 4/5 puesto que en forma del histograma se muestra la línea MACD mientras que el histograma real MACD no está disponible.

Este indicador muestra MACD tal como lo ha ideado su autor (Gerald Appel) y como se muestra en otros programas análogos. La línea MACD se calcula como la diferencia entre la EMA rápida y la lenta. La línea de señal es la EMA de la línea MACD. El histograma MACD representa la diferencia entre la línea MACD y la línea de señal (el mismo histograma MACD puede ser utilizada para obtener las señales por divergencia).

Los conmutadores True/False permiten mostrar/ocultar la línea MACD, línea de señal e histograma.

Honestly this MACD exceeded my expectation and has enhanced my trading successes. What fascinated me most was the feature where it draws trending line at the areas of divergence. I no more spend time identifying the divergent areas as it has been marked for you.

I have been using traditional MACD for years now and I will say it's my go to indicator, on all time frames including tick charts that's where I spend most of my time, so I figured it was time to leave a review, I only leave reviews if I have used an indicator for long periods of time because honestly that's the only way to see if an indicator truly is worthy, and traditional MACD is worthy to be in my tool box, thanks for the great work

Added Classic and Hidden MACD Histogram divergence. Divergence occurs when there's a discrepancy between price movement and indicator movement. Classic Bullish divergence occurs when price makes lower lows yet the histogram makes higher lows (when histogram is below 0). Classic Bearish divergence occurs when price makes higher highs yet the histogram makes lower highs (when histogram is above 0). Hidden Bullish divergence occurs when price makes higher lows yet the histogram makes lower lows (when histogram is below 0). Hidden Bearish divergence occurs when price makes lower highs yet the histogram makes higher highs (when histogram is above 0). In order to have a true divergence, the histogram must twice cross the zero line (e.g. must rise above 0 and then fall below 0 for a bullish divergence).

T/F user inputs have been added to enable these new features. There are also new user inputs to control the line color and width of the divergence lines that are placed on the chart.
