i need a coder to modify the cycler indicator below

1. MTF display of the arrows in selected TF. buy or sell arrow and when it disappears in such TF, it should most recent arrow 

2. If i select a TF for entry, it should tell me the type of arrow in that TF 

3. If i select higher TF as filter , then all selected higher TF used as filter must match the entry TF. for example, we select 15min entry as TF, then we select H4 and H1 and filter . it means will only give us alert for entry when both h4 and h1 are the same
