Tarea técnica

Since my RSI ideal couldnt be done. I want a 200 EMA on the chart. I want a EA (BOT) to take trades for me when price is below the 200 it will sell when the rsi is at the top at ___ i want to be able to put the percentage. I want 15 and 1 hour time ( toogle)  frame where I can choose it. When price is above the 200 and the rsi is ____ percent the bottom it will take a long for me. I want to be able to choose the, lot size andturn that off and turn on compounding  based of account balance where it will pick the lot sizes for you by percent. adjustable stop loss and take profit. also able to turn on and off a switch for close of candle and at percentage. Please if you dont think you can give me this dont take the job. These are the details I have. I also want source code and rights to this
