Pro Dealer- FX
Ex institutional dealer with market experience going back to 1986. Dealt in Forex, Forwards, Cash FRA's in London and Frankfurt. Multi-million ticket size trades. Currently also teaching Forex trading and I write lessons for a leading online Forex education site having written over 120 training lessons.
Methodology:
100% manual trading
Scalping, intra-day.
I do not trade economic news releases.
Looking to achieve steady and consistent growth and where my win to lose ratio is targeted at a greater than 75%.
Typical ticket per trade of a 0.5 standard lot and no more than 1 standard lot unless profit is locked in..
I will trade long, and short, predominantly in the major pairs, perhaps simultaneously for hedging purposes. This may increase the overall lot size to 1.5 lots.
A limit on drawdown to 1% of the account size by incorporating an 'Emergency Break' stop loss of 70 points on every single trade to mitigate against a sudden market crash or a sharp bull move spike.
I may change any part of my methodology in order to preserve funds.
Past performance is no guarantee of future success. Copy traders are reminded to set their leverage to a realistic level according to risk appetite and account balance.
