My training in Forex began in the winter of 2009, when a good friend gave me two books, John Person's Forex Conquered, and James Dicks' Forex Made Easy. I immediately invested all of my free time into reading and documenting what I learned. In February 2010, I attended Online Trading Academy in Irvine, California for a day class introduction to day trading, and purchased their $5,000 two week Professional Trader's DVD course. I devoured the material and formed a trading plan. In October 2010 I resigned fulltime employment, and began my journey in Foreign Exchange world. Though I started with mechanical strategies, all of my trading strategies are now automated on the MT4 platform, and are able to capitalize on various market conditions.
