Trend MM

The Trend MM indicator is a specialized algorithm for evaluating the current market situation, as well as for displaying on the screen the optimal places to create successful positions. To identify the best places to create successful positions of a considered algorithm performs the analysis of the peaks and troughs of the price level.

This algorithm displays fairly clear signals on the screen, which can be used to determine the places for creating successful positions. it can be recommended to beginners who do not have serious trading experience.

The Trend MM indicator is a fairly universal algorithm, so it can be used with an identical level of efficiency to earn money on any time intervals and currency pairs.

Trend MM settings:

The Trend MM indicator has the following parameters:

  • "Smoothing" - this parameter is responsible for smoothing the moving averages integrated into the algorithm under consideration.
  • "Window" - this parameter is responsible for the number of bars that the algorithm in question will use to perform all the necessary calculations.
  • "Price" - this parameter is responsible for the type of price level that will be used to calculate the moving averages that are part of the algorithm under consideration.

Due to the fact that the Trend MM indicator has only three parameters that need to be adjusted for the selected time interval and currency pair, both a speculator with a certain experience and a novice can easily cope with the optimization process of this algorithm.

The use of the indicator:

The Trend MM indicator is displayed on the screen in its own window in the form of columns that have different shades. If there is an upward trend on the trading chart, you can see green bars in the window of the algorithm under consideration. If there is a downward trend on the trading chart, red bars will be displayed in the window of the algorithm under consideration.

At the moment when the next peak or trough is recorded on the trading chart, the algorithm under consideration will display a yellow column in its own window. In addition to the columns in the window of the algorithm under consideration, colored arrows are displayed that mark the places for creating successful positions.

If you see a green arrow pointing up in the window of the algorithm in question, then you need to create a buy position. To create a sell position, we recommend waiting for the red arrow pointing down in the window of the algorithm under consideration.
