Added the Average parameter.
Average is a simple averaging with the total lot of all open positions on the signal and on the grid on one currency pair.
If Average=true, then the Max_Risk parameter is not used.
If Average=true and Protekt_Deposit=true and Lots=0, then there is 0.01 volume for every 1000 $ of the Deposit.
Averaging is a rather dangerous technology, disabled by default.
The goal of averaging is to go to zero, while the Commission and swap are not taken into account.
