I need a indicator Where I will draw trend line or arrow. and it will not move as soon chart moving. I don't want to go left and right. say I draw a trendline

see it is moving. I don't want any move in left right. I can draw in chart or indicator sub window.

So any object if I place in chart or indicator sub window. I never want to move the object(make an option So I can lock or unlock the object. better if specific object I can lock or unlock .

latest date set easy system. say a object I draw and its moving . I need quick way to move to latest date.
