Stop loss at trigger price

Specification

I have been trying to find an EA that will set a new breakeven/stop loss once the price has reached a specific level. All of the EA's I have found can only do this once your order has moved a certain number of pips. I use multiple retracement orders on the same chart that are entered at different levels, this means the existing EA's that work on pips moved are no good to me. 

The EA would also need to be able to have multiple inputs for the levels that trigger a new stop loss and a corresponding input for where the stop loss would be.


Eg. I enter a sell trade at 0.74207 and a retracement at 0.74391. Once the price reaches 0.74023(trigger price 1) a stop loss is created for all orders on the chart at 0.74207(stop loss price 1). If the trade continues and reaches 0.73909 (trigger price 2) a new stop loss is created for all trades on the chart at 0.74023(stop loss price 2).


It would need to have 4 or 5 of these levels that could be input.


Also if it could compensate for spreads that would be perfect.


Im not sure if an existing breakeven EA could be modified or a completely new one would have to be created. I also have very little idea how much these things cost and how long it would take. So the budget I have put is quite wide to see what kind of response I can get.
