I need an expert, with possibility to set the size and opening times, in which it opens and order as soon as the present conditions applies:

CCI indicator (from -150 to 150 as limits min & max), -80 and 80 as levels.
CCI indicator is bypassing 0 level and it is touching level 80 and volumes of trades increases and bullish indicator increases when bearish indicator decreases open a LONG order of predefined size putting immediately a trailing stop to be decided as parameter and eventually a SL to be decided as parameter (also with a SL).

The same for SHORT orders all the opposite. it comes from top, bypass 0 level, when it reaches -80 and condition are ok, it opens SHORT order .
