Grid EA, one directional, example; Long EA will only enter long positions

I want a top developer with Grid EA type experience. Grid EA will be one directional, example; Long EA will only enter long positions and Short EA will enter only short positions on grid bases.

Geo-Grid-LONG; Description, EA to place buy positions on grid basis of 20 pips (variable) starting at (Grid Start Price). The grid positions would fill only ones. Grid lines are not required on chart. All positions to exit on any TP or SL, whichever is reached first.

1.      EA is to activate (Triggered) only when price touches Grid Start Price.

2.      Once triggered, EA to buy only long positions on grid bases of 20 pips (variable) starting at Grid Start Price. 

3.      EA to place long grid positions up to the GridMaxPrice, maybe reset higher but not lower during the operation of EA.

4.      The grid positions would fill only ones. Grid lines are not required on chart.

5.      All positions to exit all at once at any TP or SL, whichever is reached first.

6.      Geo-Grid –SHORT is just the opposite.

I will provide one or two page spec (description of EA) upon acceptance. I need your full attention to this project for fast development (maximum 2-3 weeks from start to finish and payment).
