High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Expert Advisor (EA)

I am looking for an experienced MQL4 or MQL5 developer to build a High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Expert Advisor (EA) that can trade US30 (Dow Jones) and EUR/USD. The EA should be designed for use with a live trading account, with functionality to manage risk, avoid major news events, and handle spread/slippage efficiently.

Key Features:

1. Asset Coverage: The EA should trade both US30 and EUR/USD based on real-time market conditions.
2. News Filter: Incorporate a filter to avoid trading during high-impact news events (from Forex Factory or other news sources). The EA should stop trading 30 minutes before and after major news releases.
3. Spread and Slippage Management:
   • Ensure the EA checks for acceptable spread and slippage before entering trades (e.g., only execute trades if the spread is below X pips and slippage is under X pips).
4. Trade Execution:
   • The EA should be able to place buy and sell orders with tight stop-losses  and take-profits 
   • Use pending orders when possible to avoid slippage.
5. Profit and Activity Limits:
   • Include a daily profit limit to prevent overtrading and keep risks in check.
   • Prevent the EA from exceeding the 2,000 server message limit per day to avoid any risk of account suspension or platform restrictions.
6. Trading Strategy: The EA should use a scalping or SMA crossover strategy (or similar indicators) and be optimized for low-latency execution for high-frequency trades.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MQL4/MQL5 coding for automated trading systems.
• Ability to integrate real-time data feeds (news, spreads, slippage).
• Familiarity with various brokers and their execution environments.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques suitable for HFT strategies.
