Hi Developers, I am looking for a professional developer that can create an EA based on the PRICE ACTION only.

The entry is based on the recent 1 hr candle, if the price goes up or above the recent candle wick it will automatically open buy position, if the price goes down, it will automatically open sell position. Also, the EA will close the position after the 1hr candle is fully formed or if hit the SL. Other information will be discussed.
