Specification
I want a new trading robot on MT5 that meets the requirement of candlestick strategy.
Criteria on how the robot should work :
1. Only one order is open at a time
2. As soon as the EA is activated, a loop starts.
3. The EA opens a new order (with parameters that shall be provided later) at the beginning of a candlestick which must be in accordance with the (trade direction)
4> if the last candle was bullish, the robot EA will place a buy order ( at the beginning of a new candlestick) but ignores if there is already an open order.
if the last candle was bearish, the robot EA will place a sell order ( at the beginning of a new candlestick) but ignores if there is already an open order.
4. if the last trade activated a TP, the loop is restarted again with the new balance or is ended by me manually.
5. The robot should be compatible on MT5 platform in my multiple MT5 account and on any timeframe
In Summary,
When EA is attached to the chart, It Will Wait for a candle close, And If that Candle turns out to be bullish on closing, EA will place a Buy order and vice versa for sell.
And Take Profit and Stop Loss Of The Order Will Be Defined In Inputs and Once Order is Closed
By Hitting Stop Loss, EA will Open another order with same TP, SL but different Lot Size.
And If Order Hits Take Profit, I want EA to start afresh with the new balance without my input.
so its like a continuous loop that only ends when i run out of cash or i stop it myself Or better still have an input on the number of consecutive SL to take eg stop after 30 or stop after 20 losses.
NB: Only one order must be open per time.
