Scanner on Basis of Moving Average Crossover and Super Trend
Requirements :-
- Need Two MA Cross-over and Three MA cross-over with 2 super-trend.
- All the value of Moving Average and Super-trend should be customizable with True/False option for each MA or super-trend.
- i want to have option for using only super-trend/MA or Both of them

- Alert for Target 1, Target 2 and Target 3 with Stop-loss on the basis of Super-trend.

Whenever the price will be near any given moving average it should give notification or any popup alert.
- Price touches the given Moving Average it will notify
- also want Buffer point for Notification.
- Let us suppose the buffer point is 50, then if the price comes anywhere around 50 point near the moving average it will give alert.
- Alert on scanner (can customize how long the signal will be on screener, like 2 candle closing or any given value.)
