Hello, I'm looking for a programmer mql4. I have to update my portfolio systems and all is in mql4 code for mt4. This trading system are mine and I create this with building EAs.. . I have to customize this EAs and I need to have nice rice and faster updating. For the price I prefer to speak before because I have to update more trading systems.

All this systems have different results in different brokers with different Market Watch (time) because the series history is different +1,+2+3..or -1-2-3.. I  want to have the hour in settings and to resolve this with the possibility to change the hour in + 1+2+3 or -1-2-3 only in this method I can find the correct result in function of the time market watch and the correct historical series. The problem is the time session because the different brokers have a different market watch, and for this I need to customize this EAs. Actually the EAs haven't the possibility to input the setup different in settings because they are developed with a ea builder.
