Required detailed and summary terminal as under

Can someone please make revised terminals as per formats below.  It will help all the traders.  Ideally, Meta should make it themselves.  Since terminals in MT4 can't be revised, these windows can appear on charts as indicators:

I don't mind developer giving it to me for free / small sum and then selling it in market for whatever reasonable price.
