The charts, price on the chart, time of the price on the chart, symbols to propose for trades to trade, name of the symbols, specifications of the symbols, trading accounts - all of them are related to the brokers.
So, you should find the broker which is psoposing the real trading accoiunt and open it according to the broker's condition.

Metaquotes demo MT5 terminal will not allow to open a real account, you need to find a broker and open a real account through their website.

Then you can login into your newly opened real account in the Metaquotes MT5 terminal or download the custom MT5 terminal from your broker's downloads area.
