I buyed a Signal but it does not copy any trades

Hello Guys i buyed AlterProfit MT5 Signal but it did not copied anytrades.

What is the porblem ??? can any1 help me ?

Check the subscription procedure (just in case you missed something):

Besides, you can look at metatrader journal (or on MQL5 journal in case you are using MQL5 VPS).
Because it may be written there something related to the trades.

For examle, if you find "... no symbol found" in the journal so it is related to the mapping.

"... no symbol found" is mapping.
It is the standard feature in this Signal service (described on the first post of Frequently Asked Questions about the Signals service thread).

You can look at VPS journal to check about what it written there.
Most probably - it is related to the mapping (your broker and the signal provider's broker is different by symbols for mapping).
