Stuck at processing page when trying to make payment for VPS

I keep getting stuck at the "processing". Despite waiting for a long time (more than 45mins), it still does not show any errors or proceed beyond the page.

Any advice please?

The people are depositing some fubnd to their mql5 forum account/profile, and after that only - they pay to the service from their profiles.
