I buy an EA but then can not login in MT4 community

Hi, 

I bought 1 EA today, this was the first time I do it.

But now I can not login into MT4 community in order to download the purchase product???? I use the same credentials as on mql5.com..

Please can anyone help?

It shows this error - authorization failed , and I am sure I use the correct user & password as on mql5.com website.

What is the MT4 community and why are you trying to log into it?

You bought the EA at MQL5?

try to login only your user name ( login name ) do not write your full email adress ( example: your email is [e-mail], you need to write only vassal...)

and write down in your password and login

Make sure -

• that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
• that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
• that you are login to Community folder using your login; - not your email.
