MT4 wont log on to MQL 5

 Hi 

I had to change computers and loaded my brokers MT4 on my new computer . I cant get the MT4 to log on to MQL5 and when I go to my profile under MQL5 (AFTER LOG ON) I cant change any thing - my phone # is missing the country 

and when I try and do anything it tells me to add the country when I do I either get password incorrect ( I just used it to log on) or phone number already on file.

Can anyone help - i would really like to log on to MQL 5 and download and install my indicators

MQL5 is programming language.
You use MQL5 as mql5 webportal https://www.mql5.com/en/forum ?

• If MQL5 = this forum https://www.mql5.com/en/forum for you and you can not login to Community tab in Metatrader 4 so the best decision is to update / to re-install Internet Explorer.
• if it is related to the broker so we on this mql5 forum have nothing to do with it sorry.

You can download MT4 from the broker's website (there are a lot of MT4 brokers so you can google for that to find).
