a few days ago I uploaded a document for verification. 1 document containing identity has escaped

verification. for my second document was rejected.

Can anyone explain to me the good image with qr code that meet requirement?

I dont have problem with resolution.

What kind of inneficiencies are these? Why is it so hard to approve the identification documents. I have uploaded the most visible document but they still say it's inneligible. Where else can we get help to ensure the douments and the accounts are approved?
