Issue accessing/downloading purchased indicators

I hope I'm posting this in the right location, but I didn't see a thread strictly dedicated to technical issues. Anyway, I just purchased two separate indicators, and each time I received the message "product[....] not found in the database". Also, in my journal I received the message: "failed to get list of user products (mql5.com:443 send failed [401: unauthorized])". Has anybody had this same issue?
