delete the software completely, and re-download it and reinstall it. Something from you is most-likely causing this problem, because others don't really have this problem.
If that does not help, contact the support team, I'm sure they will be able to fix it for you.

I have this indicator and it works well for me. It it just wonderful how these indicators makes trading so easy I love em. Also I use an indicator called PriceTrend1.mq4 I cannot find words to tell you how good they are. Try them out and see your success climb.
