Indicator help

Hi

Ive searched for either an indicator or EA to help me

I have two MA (MA1, MA2)

I want an alert if a candle opens and closes above a moving line MA1

or

I want an alert if a candle opens and closes below a moving line MA2

Any ideas ?

I don't know why you need it.

Because look at the image attached: too many signals.

Arrows are ok: arrows are placing on the right close candles. I checked.

I did not check alerts but I think that it is usual alert on open bar. I don't know how to code it to sound once only but it may be ok. Just little bit noisy.
