Coder needed for no-indicator system

I have developed a complete trading system that needs no indicators. What I need now is a seasoned competent coder willing to turn this into an EA.

I see that many open trades in very good profit (400 pips and 500 pips) did not close yet so look at the statements.

i'm looking for a simple EA who open order when the last candle close above (buy) a below (sell) a MA line (EMA, SMA or Ma) then reverse. (not when 2 EMA cross).

I had try it but file EA Ver.1-51 is not running in my metatrader.

What had I taken false setting this EA?
