How to test a market indicator in MT4? - page 2

I don't know anything about mt5 but mt4 knows only demo-accounts.

I can't imaging the meaning of a demo-version of an indicator.

As I had a guess, the above screenshot clearly proves that there is a newer version that build 765.

Because the same way we can test demo versions of MT5 indicators in the strategy tester of MT5, there must be a similar way for demo versions of MT4 indicators in the market. In build 765, there is no such option, hence I believe that there must be a newer version of MT4, just don't know where to find/download the latest version....

Perhaps there is, when the MT4 market was first launched there were Demo versions of Indicators available but no way to test them,  did you read the reply I posted from the Service Desk ?  what have the Service Desk said when you asked about this issue ?
