You can do that directly with MT4 without programming.
- Add ATR indicator to a chart.
- Drag and drop Moving Average indicator to the ATR subwindow.
- In the settings, Parameters tab, choose for Apply to : "previous indicator's data".
- Click OK. Done.

My idea is to merge the two indicators causing the ATR scan the ranger average 14 period MA, is it possible?
I've tried the simple way is to drag the MA ATR but failed. Notice the print and how the moving average is moving Waving as ATR moves, it means, as the ATR moves. The white line is the MA, ATR yellow.
