Please point me in the right direction
New to MQL and coding in general. Learning along. All Im really looking for is a script that alerts me when macd reaches certain levels and alerts me when i put in a macd value also. Thanks for any help.

Script doesn't repeat itself on every incoming tick. To minitor an indicator (macd in your case) and send an alert to you when a predefined condition is met, you need a customized indicator. HTH.

That's what I meant sorry. Please let me be more specific. I need this to alert me the macd value once the price closes as well as an alert if the macd falls or rises above/below a point of my choosing. Thanks again in advance. Kevin
