Just to be sure that I know what I am doing, can you please help me understand what "To Selected" & "To applicants" are on the Comments page of Order? I think "Reject" is self explanatory.
I believe that you can only select one person at a time.
If, after some discussion you decide that you don't want to use the selected person, or the developer is unable to do the job, then you return the developer to candidates. Then you can select someone else.

Login into your MQL5 account in your MT4/5 terminal in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and the go to the Market tab in the Terminal window >> Purchased in MT4, or in the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases in MT5 to install it.
