Australia Company Gross Operating Profits q/q measures a change in the total profits of private companies in the reported quarter compared to the previous one. The indicator is calculated based on data collected by the Australian Bureau of Statistics from survey of 19,000 private companies in Australia. Companies with less than 20 employees are excluded from calculation.
The reading growth can have a positive effect on AUD quotes.
