European Union Leaders Summit

The European Union Leaders Summit is a regular two-day meeting of 27 Member States leaders and senior officials. Press conferences and open meetings of participants are held during the event.

The agenda of the Summit can be diverse. The Summit participants elect the EU officials, discuss the economic situation, set steps to resolve legal, financial and political issues, take security measures. The international situation affecting the EU economy is discussed during the Summit. Current internal programs are considered during every meeting.
