Olá. talvez você não tenha permitido que o consultor negociasse ou sua conta ficou sem dinheiro? para responder à sua pergunta, preciso de dados completos sobre o problema. como obter esses dados?

Hello,

For some reason after few orders keyboard order key’s
isn’t work anymore, then after click over VTP buy or sell dashboard then keyboard returns to work...
It was happening on my Mac but today it happened again on Windows 10 notebook! 
I use metatrader5...

Hello. Perhaps the focus was not on the chart window? The terminal has a condition that the keyboard can only work when the focus is on the chart. for example, after a while, the focus switched to windows?

I'm running into a problem when I use CLP to close all positions in loss and close terminal after all positions are closed. I'm using an EA to trade, and my EA will take new positions before CLP closes them all if there are many positions to close, leading to additional losses and not enabling CLP to close the terminal so that all trading will stop.


In your CLP manual, you explain the "ClosingCurrentTicketOnly" parameter, but you don't mention close in loss, only close in profit in the explanation. Does this parameter not work for closing loss?

Hello. This parameter works for all close functions. The problem that your EA constantly opens new positions is a big problem. And this parameter should just solve this problem. Please upload your log file from an expert.

I haven't tried setting this parameter yet. I was not aware of it until reading through your manual recently.

If this function is enabled, then my EA will try to close all positions, even those that are reopened. when all positions are closed, only then the advisor will close the terminal. in 2009 it was possible to use dll and disable the auto-trade button. now there is no such possibility.

what you mean as the graph “out of focus”...?

the keyboard is the events of the graph. Therefore, buttons can only be processed when the graph window has focus. for example, you can click on Market Watch and the focus will be on the Market Watch. or you can click where you have trades and the focus will be there, but not on the chart.

And weird as it worked again after clicked with mouse over the buy/sell button on the screen...
