Spezifikation

I need an expert advisor that trades bases on a signal from a momentum strength meter  based on time frimes (M5,M15,M30,H1,H4 and D1) to see witch currency is currently strong and witch is weak. Depending on the score we will decide of its good to open a long or short (example a: EUR strong,  USD  weak).   Then we will look at that pair and look for a current trend of the last X time. If the trend is up and the signal from the momentum strength  meter is long (example a), It will place a trade once there is a pul back (of X % or X pips)  on that pair sinds the last Y time if the signal is still valid.
