MT4 Alert Indicator - Updates Required

I have an indicator that alerts to certain conditions (source code provided) however it often generates a lot of alerts when on multiple charts so I have written a number of additional checks/filters that I want to add before it generates an alert, these filters will be explained in a document that I have for this development. I also want to be able to send emails with custom messages included with the alert so I can receive push messages when at my PC or receive emails if I am away from my desk.
