Need to build a Scanner/Dashboard based on custom indicator which will display signals from different symbols

Spezifikation

Per the title, simply put, Im needing a scanner made based on a indicator I purchased. The creator gave me the .txt file for code base to EA.

Attached are some examples of what I would like it to look like. Also, requiring push notifications and of course ability to change parameters of the scanner (ie. Timeframes, Colors, input settings, etc.)

If possible however, I would really like a panel that shows color specific for current trend based on last signal from indicator, color specific for "new" signal, and also the ability to change current chart when clicking on corresponding button. (see example 3)
