I want an EA base on attached file

1.    Sell entry confirm here as follow
a.    When BSmagic arrow appear and at the same time candle close above the TRC
b.    Price close below the TRC line
c.    Blue line must cross below the Pink line

EA should take Sell position when this entire requirement agrees
