Can i run an EA on several different currency charts at the same time? Will they affect each other?

If they trade different currency pairs, they probably won't affect each other. Of course, it possible to code an EA poorly enough for it to interfere with orders on different currency pairs. And there is always effect of margin - two EAs will have twice less margin to deal with.
