i have an error while trying to install MT5 from couple of brokers(it's the same error)

let me say that market is not opened yeti downlload the installer.
then it's trying to connect to MetaQuotes mirror server around the world.
when it succeed, it starts to download and then it's stuck in the same place in all the brokers i tried.
i tried alpari and ibfx and after it's stuck, it's trying another mirrir server, and starts again to download the file, and then stuck in the same place as before.
then it start to download from another server, stuck again(in the same place) and at last, give me the error in the picture below.
what should i do?
