Tester distribution testing taks

Hello,

could anyone explain me, how the system distribute the task for a tester?

i have this kind o f systems:

but in different countries, i7 in Spain and Xeon in Germany.

in Spain i got more tasks for testing.

i am completly confused. Why my system in germany is only sometimes used?

Please, could anyone explain me, why?

I believe that the tasks are localized and somehow optimized to work in cluster. So the country might be a factor in tasks distribution.
